The Mercury 9.9hp outboard motor is lightweight, compact and powerful making it a great choice for sailboat and trolling/kicker applications. This twin-cylinder four-stroke delivers smooth, quiet, fuel efficient operation with the reliability that Mercury is known for. Boating is made easier with features such as Mercury's multi-function tiller handle which allows one-handed operation of F-N-R gear shifting, throttle and throttle tension, steering, and stopping. Additionally, the patented auto-ratchet system allows the user to easily adjust tilt and trim angle.Mercury’s 9.9 HP outboard motor is available with 15 inch, 20 inch or 25 inch shaft length.
